The guarantee period will be confirmed in writing on your quotation or invoice, depending on the nature and size of the project.

Guarantee periods may vary depending on:

flat roofing installations
pitched roof renewals
leadwork
guttering and associated roofing works

What Is Covered

Our workmanship guarantee covers defects directly resulting from faulty installation or workmanship carried out by HAB Roofing Ltd.

Where a verified workmanship defect occurs within the stated guarantee period, we will inspect and, where appropriate, rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

What Is Not Covered

The workmanship guarantee does not cover:

Storm or extreme weather damage
Accidental or impact damage
Structural movement of the building
Existing hidden defects not visible at time of quotation
Poor maintenance or blocked drainage
Third-party alterations or interference
Manufacturer material defects (covered by supplier warranties where applicable)
Natural ageing and wear over time

Inspection Requirement

Customers must notify HAB Roofing Ltd promptly upon becoming aware of any issue.

We reserve the right to inspect the reported defect before any third-party repairs are undertaken.

Unauthorised third-party repair works may invalidate this workmanship guarantee.

Guarantee Documentation
